Welcome to the Online PLUMBING PERMIT application.


Prior to submitting your application, please be prepared for the following:


  • The plumbing permit fee will be required at permit issuance, not during this application process.

  • Plumbers are required to have a municipal business licence in order to work within the District.

  • Submission of an isometric drawing required if homeowner is not using a licenced plumber.

  • Have all digital documents ready to upload, if applicable; i.e. Agent Authorization Consent Form.

  • If you are replacing perimeter drains, a building permit is required.

  • Lateral work requires a dye test to confirm that there is no cross connection.


    Once the application is completed, a permit number will be issued. All applicant's permits can be accessed through the account holder's MYDISTRICT ONLINE profile.

    • All *mandatory fields must be completed.
