PLUMBING Permit Application

Welcome to the online PLUMBING permit application.

Before submitting your application, please be prepared for the following:

  • The plumbing permit fee will be required at permit issuance, not during this application process.
  • Plumbers must hold a valid municipal business licence to work within the District.
  • An isometric drawing is required if the homeowner is not using a licensed plumber.
  • Have all digital documents ready to upload, if applicable (e.g., Agent Authorization Consent Form).
  • If you are replacing perimeter drains, a separate building permit is required.
  • Lateral work requires a dye test to confirm that no cross-connection exists.
Application Notes:

Once the application has been completed, a permit number will be issued.
All permits can be accessed through the account holder’s MYDISTRICT ONLINE profile.
