Prior to submitting your application, please be prepared for the following:

A completed agent authorization consent form must be submitted with the application if the applicant is not the owner.

Installation of a Testable Backflow Prevention Device is required for all irrigation systems.

Irrigation installed onto District boulevard requires a boulevard encroachment agreement.

Payment of the permit fee is required at permit issuance, not during the application process.

Once the application is completed, a permit number will be issued. All applicant's permits can be accessed through the account holder's MYDISTRICT ONLINE profile.
